For your convenience, Biterite offers a number of FREE pickup options for you to choose from:

Freepost Business Response
You can send us work via our freepost business response service. Please email us at orders@bite-rite.co.uk to request pre labelled Freepost jiffy bags. Alternatively, you can download our free post sticker.

Hand Collection & Delivery
Our hand collection and delivery service is also offered free or charge. Pleases note that we can only guarantee same day collection for requests submitted before12.30pm each day. Where same day collection is not possible, collection will be arranged for the following working day. Please contact us to arrange hand collection and delivery.

Prescription Forms
Ordering is fast an efficient as our easy to use prescription forms enables you to quickly request the products that you need. If you’ve run out of prescription forms please email us at orders@bite-rite.co.uk or calls us on 020 8931 6595. Alternatively, you can download our prescription forms, and instructions for sending work.
