Zirconia based frameworks and copings offer both strength and versatility; they are ideal for situations requiring high strength to combat large masticatory forces without compromising on high aesthetics.

We offer two types of Zirconia based restorations:

Cercon Zirconia
CAD-CAM technology from Cercon allows for Zirconia Frameworks to be manufactured with extraordinarily high degree of precision and accuracy in fit.

Zirconium oxide is the only all-ceramic system which can be used for bridge work in the posterior aspects of the mouth. Due to it’s exceptional flexural strength of 800-900 Mpa it can withstand high degrees of masticatory forces.

Wol-Ceram
Utilising an electrophoresis process to achieve computer controlled coating with high performance ceramics alumina and zirconia.

Electrophoresis is based on the migration of charged particles in an electrical field, where particles are dispersed and colloidally dissolved in a fluid. The technology offers a perfect fit combined with considerably higher mechanical characteristics than other processes using the same material.
