Sending & Receiving Work

Sending work to Biterite couldn't be easier. We provide you with a supply of free post labels, jiffy bags and prescription forms for your convince. These will be included in your starter pack and when you run out call us on 020 8931 6595 or email us at orders@bite-rite.co.uk  and we will send you more.

• We provide postage labels for you to send work to us free of charge.
• You may put multiple jobs in a single postal package.
• Your work will be sent to you in return by Royal Mail Special delivery at no cost to yourself

When sending work please follow these guidelines:

• Wash impressions until there is no visible blood and the water runs clear.
• Spray impressions with disinfectant
• For alginates, wrap in damp (not wet) tissue
• Place impressions in a sealable bags provided
• Do not add excess water
• Place the completed Prescription Form in the jiffy bag along with the impressions.
• Post the Package in any Royal Mail Post Box or hand in at any Post Office counter

We send out all of your work by franked 1st class mail. We keep a record of when the case was sent out, and can give you details of when you should receive the package. To help us, help the environment please reuse the jiffy bags if possible.
